Job Description
The Head of Marketing and Sales for the United Kingdom is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand equity, and expanding market share for Caystard Group’s cutting-edge IT solutions. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales strategies, leads high-performing teams, and fosters strategic client relationships to position Caystard Group as the preferred partner for digital transformation in the UK. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in IT consulting or technology sectors and a deep understanding of the UK’s business landscape.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing and sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and strengthen Caystard Group’s market leadership in the UK.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in healthcare, banking, and e-commerce, ensuring tailored solutions meet client needs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and high-value deal closures for software development, cloud solutions, AI innovations, and cybersecurity services.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Brand Positioning: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and digital initiatives to elevate Caystard Group’s brand in the UK tech ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global product, delivery, and technical teams to align solutions with client expectations and market demands.
- Industry Representation: Represent Caystard Group at high-profile events, such as London Tech Week, industry summits, and media engagements, to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing and sales performance, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
Requirements
- 3–12 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving multimillion-pound revenue growth and building brand prominence in healthcare, banking, or e-commerce industries.
- Expertise in B2B marketing, including demand generation, content marketing, and digital transformation campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Strong leadership experience managing diverse, high-performing teams across marketing and sales functions.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the UK technology market, including regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, FCA compliance) and client expectations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
